Property situated in the middle of a well organized and relatively big village situated between the towns of Byala (Ruse Region) and Svishtov (Veliko Tarnovo Region). The village is municipal centre and it is called Tsenovo. There is an Internet centre, school, nursery school, several shops, pubs, very good traditional restaurant with big summer garden, hardware stores, regular bus services, medical care, etc.
