The property is situated in a very well organized village, just outside the town of Polski Trambesh, called Radanovo. Local amenities include several food shops, hardware stores, pubs and restaurant, park, bus and train transport links, post office, medical care.
The property is near the village’s center, accessible via tarmac road in very good condition and surrounded by a stone built 180 cm tall wall towards the road. The house was solidly built in 1975 and partly renovated few years ago. The house has very interesting layout and offers gross internal floor area of 135 sq. m.
The ground floor comprises of an entrance hall (3.60 x 1.50 m), one room (4.50 x 3.30 m), kitchen (2.10 x 3.35 m), utility/laundry room (1.70 x 1.93 m) and a shower room (1.80 x 1.55 m). The height of the rooms on the ground floor is 2.35 m. There are few steps going down from the entrance hall and leading to the semi-ground floor which has 2 more rooms (5.20 x 2.90 m and 2 x 3 m) and a storage room (4.1 x 3 m). Prior the partial renovation, one of the rooms on this floor was a kitchen (the room with the sink). The height of the rooms on the semi-ground floor is 2.20 m. The height of the rooms on the upper floor is 2.80 m.
The water and drainage installation in the shower room, the laundry and the kitchen are new; there is room for adding internal WC in the shower room. All floors could be connected by internal stairs and a second bathroom with WC could be added at the end of the landing on the upper floor. Since one of the rooms upstairs is 6.20 m long, it could be transformed into an en-suite bedroom, or part of it could be bricked up and the space used for landing leading to the ground floor. The house has lots of potential and it could be easily updated.

The barn (70 sq. m.) is by the road and it is 14 m long and 5 m wide.
