The property is situated in a very well organized village, just outside the town of Polski Trambesh, called Radanovo. Local amenities include several food shops, hardware stores, pubs and restaurant, park, bus and train transport links, post office, medical care.
The property is near the village’s center, accessible via tarmac road in very good condition and surrounded by a stone built 180 cm tall wall towards the road.
