Renovated property located on less than 5 min drive from the nearest beach and 12 km from SUNNY BEACH Sea Resort. The property is in the town of Kableshkovo which offers all the amenities needed for the everyday life – shops, restaurants, open market, post office, banks, bus services, park with children playground, etc. The distance to Burgas International Airport is 15 km, which makes the property suitable for holiday use, relocation or letting it out to tourists (previously the property was rented by a Chinese lady for a year).

Sunny Beach resort is the largest holiday complex on the Black Sea coast.
