Property located between the town of Shumen and Varna city; it is close to the motorway, which makes it easily accessible and all-year-round. The distance to Shumen is 30 km; to Varna - 65 km. The village is close to another two towns – Novi Pazar (6 km) and Pliska (15 km). There are regular buses to Shumen, Varna, Novi Pazar and the surrounding villages. The village is very well developed with several shops, bars, post office, school, health care.
