Nice country house with plot of land situated in a lively village near forest and mountains 100 km away from Sofia, Bulgaria and 30 km from the City of Vratsa, Bulgaria. The house has two floors. The ground floor holds a spacious living room with kitchen corner, fireplace and dining area. Here the floor and the walls are covered with stone. The interior and decorations used in this area are placed with the idea to recreate an authentic old tavern-like premise where hosts and guests can spend quality time enjoying the taste of splendid Bulgarian wines and dishes in a proper surrounding. Two big rivers and nice monastery can be found within 6-7 km distance from here. The village also has a train stop about 3 km away from here. The stop is serving trains both to and from Sofia and connects the area with the local council centers Mezdra and Roman as well as with the regional capital Vratsa. The area around the village provides good conditions for fishing and hunting, hiking, climbing, cycling, photography, etc. Roaming around and exploring while collecting wild fruits, herbs and mushrooms will surely become a beloved activity for many.
