This luxury 4 bedroom detached villa is located close to the Akamas Nature Reserve in Inia just 15 minutes drive from the Beach and upmarket marina at Latchi and the same distance from the world famous beach at Coral Bay.

Inia is a small traditional Cypriot village on the west coast of the island which lies just off the road linking Peyia to Polis, and for anyone looking for peace and tranquillity this is the ideal location.

The property is approached via a courtyard which offers off road covered parking - essential for protection from the fierce Mediterranean sun.

This property does not have a pool but it does have a very large hot tub/Jacuzzi, and after all the beach is only 15 minutes' drive away.

Once through the front door we come to the very generously sized open plan kitchen/lounge/diner.

The extremely well equipped kitchen with attractive wood finishes, granite work tops, a fridge freezer, electric oven with a gas hob and dishwasher all of which are top quality.

The first of the 4 bedrooms is on the ground floor. This is currently being used as an office but can easily be turned back into sleeping accommodation. Most unusually, there is a state of the art modern shower room/W.C. On this floor. Incidentally there is a very useful storage area under the stairs - ideal for hiding the hoover!

On the landing half way up the stairs there is a large window deliberately constructed to allow as much light as possible into the villa, and this does work as there is a fresh, light and airy feel to the property.

The three remaining bedrooms are on the first floor.

The first of these bedrooms is at the top of the stairs on the left and has plenty of wardrobe space, is fully air conditioned as well has having patio windows to its own balcony.

At the top of the stairs on the right is a small very conveniently placed kitchenette and next to that a very stylish, modern finished family bathroom complete with overhead shower.

Bedroom 2 lies next to the bathroom and again this is a very generously sized room with a large amount of wardrobe space and air conditioning. This room does not have its own balcony but it does have a very large window allowing stunning views over the surrounding hills and surprisingly green countryside.

At the end of the corridor is the truly impressive master bedroom. This has the use of two balconies through two different patio doors - the ideal place to enjoy a pre-dinner drink or just to sit in the evening perhaps enjoying some soft music and playing a game of cars.

As can be seen from the photographs the property has numerous attractive shrubs and potted plants all of which add to the character of this outstanding villa.
