Open living room/dining room area. This fabulous room has a vaulted ceiling and is beautifully accented with the stunning fireplace which has been fitted with a recuperator and has a chimney breast finished with stone that extends right up into the ceiling space. There are two sliding patio doors to the front and a further set of sliding patio doors to the rear.

Off this area is an open plan kitchen. (this could easily be enclosed if a totally separate kitchen is preferred). The kitchen features a matching range of beautiful wall and base units with worksurfaces incorporating a 1 ½ stainless steel sink unit with drainer and tap over. Included is the eye level oven, extractor fan and gas hob. In addition there is space for a dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is a large pantry cupboard perfect for storing large appliances or tinned products. Incorporated between the kitchen and living room is a beautifully designed solid wood breakfast bar. There is a window to the side and a door to the front terrace.
