The approach to the house is from a beautiful driveway with parking space for several cars. Immediately to the left is a large terrace from which there are stunning views of the town and castle and there is an 8 x 4 swimming pool that has Roman steps. Running to the side of the pool and terrace is a large clean, dry garage and a BBQ house. Underneath the pool is a “Nave” or workshop. Both the Nave and the BBQ house could easily be converted into guest accommodation or an opportunity for Bed & Breakfast or even long-term rental. The marble floored terrace at the side of the house has “Persianas” that can be rolled down for extra shade during the summer months. Inside the house is a long light and airy lounge diner with air conditioning and a feature fireplace for log burning in the colder months. There are three double bedrooms and one single. The master bedroom has a lovely en-suite bathroom and there is a further guest bathroom along the hallway. The kitchen is a good size with fitted units and marble worktops, a double sink and a gas hob.
