FREE GUIDE INCLUDEDTop 10 Tips for Buying Property
This wonderful villa is set on one of the nicest streets in Calahonda and is surrounded by lush and tropical gardens. The villa stands on a private plot with its own garden, but also enjoys the use of a communal garden with swimming pool. As you open the door to this warm family home, you first encounter a beautiful Andalusian style patio which is perfect for al fresco dining. From the patio you can either enter the main house or enter the guest suite that consists of a nice bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with underfloor heating. The main house consists of; ground floor: hallway, large kitchen with exit directly to the patio, spacious lounge with a marvellous fireplace, a very light dining area that leads out to the front garden. The front garden is south facing with lots of sun and has a terraced area with a private jacuzzi under a thatched pergola, the lawn is in two levels and the lower level has a storage hut. It would be possible to build a private swimming pool here. On the upstairs level you will find two bedrooms, both with private en suite bathrooms, the master bathroom has, in addition, a walk through closet and a private glazed in terrace with views to the garden. This house was built in 1986 and the present Norwegian owner has reformed it all to high standards during the last ten years. To mention a few extras; air conditioning, gas fire place, osmosis water filter as well as an extra calcium filter, the ground level has remote controlled lighting system with dimmers and there is a fully installed sound system from BOSE both in the lounge, garden and patio. The house also has several very practical storage cupboards build in on the back. The house is set in a quiet location but only a one kilometre walk to Luna Beach and the shopping centre and for the keen golfer Cabopino Golf is just around the corner.
