When you drive up to the remote controlled security gates you have no idea of what you are about to see. The doors open and a paradise of house and gardens appears, it's breath-taking, impossible at first to take in. Nearly everything is there in front of you and it's all in the right place as if it has appeared from nowhere.We will start with the two 'side gardens' that are like being in the middle of Retiro Park in Madrid. The quality, we will be using that word a lot, of the stone furniture is of the very highest, the tiling, the paving, the benches, even the kennels has balustrades.Next comes the main grounds which look like they have been manicured, the BBQ house had two ranges, again the furniture is stunning and there is a matching tropical fish pond. The stone seating is under a wooden pergola and can seat ten and there is even more seating areas on the perimeter. The whole area benefits from the shade of mature pine trees and stays cool.The swimming pool, 12m x 6m has a pool house, of course, and is superbly positioned. From there you can walk up the steps to another level of gardens with more beautiful exterior furniture and a full size, floodlit, tennis court that has its own changing rooms, toilet and shower.To the left of the tennis court is a children's playground that has a soft landing area, slides and swings. Behind this is 2,000m2 of land with some fruit trees but it is ready to plant anything you want and there is a rear double gated entrance for agricultural vehicles or if you simply want to drive out a different way to you drove in.There is a double garage near to the entrance gates that is in keeping with the style of the house and a further single integral garage as well as a carport for two cars.Let's go inside, the outer doors are made of magnificent wood, the whole of the interior has magnificent wood. The entrance is marble floored and has doors ahead and to the right where there are seven steps up and ten steps down.The door ahead leads into the principle lounge/diner and what a room. There is a music system that pumps music through the whole of the house. The radiators for the central heating are hidden behind more magnificent wood panelling. All the furniture in the house is of the very highest quality which we believe to be worth 25-30,000€ that can be purchased separately.The 'salita' or smaller lounge is like walking into a London Gentleman's Club, from there are steps leading down to what is being used as a gym. Back to the 'salita' there is a door leading to a storage room with a secret panel on the right that leads to a bodega for your wine and storage space under half the house.Back to the hallway and up the stairs to the bedrooms, there are three double bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes and the master bedroom has a beautiful en-suite bathroom. There are seemingly guest bathrooms and toilets aplenty but we think 3 bathrooms is a fair guess. Bearing in mind there are at least two toilets in the grounds and at least one shower.The thing is that there is not only the most wonderful house but there are rooms being used for other things that would be bedrooms in other houses. The office for example, or the gym or one of the lounges!!The L-Shaped kitchen is traditionally Spanish and is fully fitted with the quality of units you would expect. There is a superb L-Shaped terrace with remote control blinds, oh I nearly forgot, the interior has remote control blinds.The views from the terrace are wonderful, the sense of tranquillity and positivity is everywhere. Have a look at the photos as I don't think I'm doing it justice.Our valuation was in the region of 600-650,000€ and it's worth every penny at that price.
